The property is well situated at the foothils of St Francis Cathedral. The room was quite cramped for 3 persons. The restaurant on site is great option for dining. Breakfast was also good, bit on a sweeter side, lots of pastry and cakes, limited on salty savory options. I'd recommand this place, well priced.

Wer Italien erleben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Gutes Essen gleich in der Osteria nebenan dabei, man muss nicht lange suchen. Nette Familie, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Soggiorno breve in ambiente familiare. La camera al piano terra, perfettamente climatizzata, si è rivelata all'altezza delle aspettative, con pulizia impeccabile, letto comodo e doccia super. Hotel fuori dalle mura, che si raggiungono in 10 minuti, tramite una bella strada pedonale, adatta a chi non ha problemi a camminare. Parcheggio privato e colazione eccellente.

A really unique stay with very friendly and helpful hosts. The facility is a nice, small Italian family-run place with b&b style rooms to let and a very satisfying breakfast. A big thumbs up!

On the edge of Assisi with a nice countryside view coming down the outside stairs. Plenty of outdoor seating at the restaurant just behins the hotel. The only difficulty was that the older couple (owners?) that were there at check in spoke no english! So much use og Google translate was needed. Overall, things workerd out well and they were both very nice. The other help that was around the next day did speak some english. Other reviews made the walk up the hill to Assisi proper made the walk seem (to us) not as difficult as it was (100 deg didn't help I'm sure), so we drove. There is a parking garage very close to the basicila.
