Property is in very poor shape. Many broken things, rooms were not very clean and in need of a lot of repairs. Restaurant was not staffed to handle the volume of guests.

What a grungy, out of date hotel. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a month and the entire place so old and worn it just feels gross. Definitely won’t ever stay there again.

I was given a room with a bathroom that did not have a proper shower head. There was a hand held shower nozzle that I had to keep leaving down in the tub while trying to get clean. This led to a very uncomfortable, cold, miserable shower. The lighting in there also was very poor and the mirror too low. If I wanted to go camping I could have pitched a tent outside for a lot less money. I’ve stayed here before and never had a bad experience until now..

Upon arrival we were pleased to be able to check in early. Once we got in our room we found that there was no water, the carpet has small papers scattered on it and the room safe was locked closed. 2 waters are suppose to be in room per stay. The shower curtain had what looked like a make up stain on it and the elevator down bottom didn’t work so we had to go up a floor and then press down. The hotel was convenient to where we needed to go, but we will lot return.

The room was outdated and dirty. The pictures online have you fooled…our room looked nothing like it should’ve. There were ants in our room! We stayed for a week and our bedroom wasn’t cleaned once. However, the staff were very friendly.

Staff is friendly and professional. The property is centrally located downtown, very close to the Peach Tree Center. Parking is a nightmare - mandatory valet parking was $50/night and it added considerable time to always have to wait for the valets to bring the car around instead of having the option to self park. The rooms were not cleaned properly (the bathroom floor wasn't even mopped) and the hotel is a bit shabby all around. On the first night of our stay the "down" button on the 7th floor elevator disappeared, which was strange and inconvenient, and it was not fixed during my 4-night stay. Will not stay again.

The bed is firm but street noise is loud . No body wash in shower, only hand wash. Kleenex box has only 3 pieces in it . The 2 free water bottles are not in the room or refrig, had to go to front desk to get. The reception clerk could have given them to us on check in which I think its a little tachy
