My feedback is based on my most recent stay at this hotel. The main issue I encountered was poor customer service. For example, I requested two room keys, but they only provided one, claiming that since we were staying for just one night, issuing an extra key was not cost-effective. Additionally, the room had a strong odor, which they blamed on condensation caused by opening the balcony door—even though we never opened it. Their solution was to send housekeeping to apply a large amount of detergent, which only masked the smell instead of addressing the actual problem.
Another issue was that we had requested twin beds but were given a king-size bed instead. Overall, the staff showed little concern for guest satisfaction and were not willing to make reasonable accommodations. This experience was disappointing and reflects a lack of customer-oriented service.
