Great place for the location
We booked this apartment because it was within walking distance of the convention center and looked great in the pictures. The apartment complex itself could use some updating especially with the elevator button being broken on the top floor. Overall the apartment was pretty updated and clean, the pictures are accurate and there is a balcony which we loved! Overall I would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay!
We came for a show at the Mercedes-Benz stadium. Even closer than we thought, easy walk. Property was clean, manager was very helpful. We would stay here again!

Not that close to the stadiums, homeless people in the neighborhood, the apartment smells like mariguana, dogs barking, kids screaming, beds and furniture hard as a rock, TVs did not work, control remote without batteries, lightbulbs burn out in some places, cold at night, super hot in the daytime, which means that there is something wrong with the a/c, asked for a refund and neither host or. VRBO where helpful, stay away from the place.

Peach Bowl
My wife and I along with another couple stayed here for the Peach Bowl. The location was perfect with easy access to the stadium. Overall experience was good but check-in information wasn't provided until shortly before check-in and the kitchen isn't very well stocked with cooking or eating utensils including pots and pans. The heat did not work during our stay. The property manager tried to get someone to look at it (at least they said they did) but no one showed up to repair the heat. Fortunately it wasn't very cold while we were there so we were a little chilly but at least not freezing. FInally no check-out instructions were provided. Overall, it was a little pricey given the accomodations especially considering that we didn't have heat for the stay.

Great location if you going to any of the large Venues
Condo is in the perfect location if attending any events at any of the large venues. About a 10/15 minute walk. Neighborhood has a few casual restaurants with good food within walking distance. Neighboorhood was safe and walkable in the evening. The Host was accessible via text and was very responsive.

Clean, hassle free, and a unique property!
Check in was no-stress, clear directions were provided on how to get in / where to park. The property was very clean, and owner went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Pool table was very cool. This is a great location for anything at the stadium nearby. Good restaurants right around the corner. I highly recommend choosing this property for your next stay.

Just a short stay
Overall it was just OK, because we were there for such a short time. We went for the football game on Sunday & the positive things is it’s a GREAT location, very close to the stadium & free secure parking!!! Nice pool table & mood lighting in the condo. On the negative side, condo wasn’t well equipped on check in, that was remedied however, after checking with the host, but staying such a short stay didn’t get all the items till the night before checkout. I wouldn’t plan on doing much cooking at the location, very few basic items in the kitchen, no knives, only 2 coffee cups, among other things I could suggest. The bathroom had a hand soap dispenser, but no soap in dispenser. The setup of the condo is the master bedroom with the attached bathroom & TV was room equipped with 2 twin beds & the master bedroom had the queen bed with their bath outside bedroom across the hall. Me personally, I prefer a top sheet on the beds, not just a fitted sheet & comforter, because I can pretty much guess the comforters don’t get laundered after each guest checks out. The elevator was not working at the condo Sunday after the football game & another resident says that it goes out all the time & the condo is on the 5th floor… so either pack light or hope it doesn’t happen on check in or check out, thank goodness it was working again the next morning when we left. These are just a few suggestions added for the host!!

Comfortable and Clean Apartment
This property was as described. I notice the cleanliness of the apt, and seems like they just replaced kitchen equipment. Everything seemed new. Beds are comfortable and clean. Living room was comfortable with large U shape seating. Location is very close to downtown, but seems like not walkable area. I guess the only negative for the property were few missing details, as coat hangers, toaster or toaster oven, basic condiments etc. no big deal, but some people look for those. Highly recommended,

Nice loft providing very good value
Had interesting check-in but property manager was awesome guiding us through. Loft setup for our family of four was great. One bedroom had two beds, one for each of our daughters, and primary for wife and I. We enjoyed pool table in apartment - and daughters took swim in building pool as well. World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park are likely walkable distance but we took Uber for about $10. Stadium is only few minutes away walking. There is noice cafe near by and couple of restaurants locals seemed to like. Our choice, when we were booking, came down value for money and this apartment was perfect fit for our four day Atlanta visit. May be coming back for world cup - location is perfect for that.
