"Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Rooms are dated with small bathrooms, and hotel restaurants are pricey. Front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. Free beach towels and cookies at check-in were a nice touch. Elevators are slow, especially during checkout with luggage carts."

"There are 8 rooms, and on Saturday night all 8 rooms were on their front porch chatting and getting to know each other. It was amazing and fun! Close to the beach!"

"Hotel was great! Staff amazing. Had a few issues with getting our room serviced. Had to keep asking front desk for clean towels. Told front desk Tuesday evening we would be gone (with our dog) for at least 14 hours on Wednesday starting at 5:30am and to service our room. Even had tag on door stating so. Return Wednesday evening and our room was STILL not serviced. Finally serviced on Thursday with fresh sheets and towels. Breakfast is not as expected for $7. Two tiny waffles and a 1/2 apple or 2 tiny egg bites with instant oatmeal. Better off going to diner or Waffle house for the $, quantity, and quality. Very pet friendly with lots of grassy area for dog as well as doggie waste bags. Overall with the misshaps with room servicing, I would still recommend. Beach is within walking distance!"

"We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and the amount of amenities - 3 pools, jacuzzi, tennis/pickle ball courts, basketball court, laundry facilities, workout room. For families it also has a kids playground and small putt-putt course. The unit had a full kitchen, although we didn't plan on fixing meals. 😀 The beach was right across a small alleyway and there were multiple restaurants within walking distance. We'll definitely return there when staying at Atlantic Beach!"

"This is an old hotel but very clean and staff is very polite and helpful. It was very quiet. Park right at your room so very nice. Restsuarnts close by. Pool waa great. Not far from beach. Reasonable priced for steps from the beach. Bathroom and showerr was very small but clean."

"Place was very convenient to the beach and Atlantic Beach restaurants. Small but had everything I needed! Kitchen was well stocked for a couple or small family. It’s a little weird not having a bathroom sink, but the kitchen sink is directly outside the bathroom door and there is a mirror behind the sink so it didn’t feel too odd, and the full size shower was nice. Appreciated the beach chairs available and the cold ac! Only recommendation would be to make the door easier to lock, deadbolt is a bit off from the frame. Overall a great stay by the ocean! "

"The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting with lots of chairs and shade. Definitely would recommend for a family looking for a base of operations while they explored Atlantic Beach."
