"My stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel at Manchester Airport was exceptionally pleasant. The staff were remarkably kind; it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Upon arrival, the receptionist was highly efficient, providing me with a room exactly where I wanted it without even asking — a top-floor room with a view. "The 2 nights at the hotel were pleasant, hotel was down a lane and a bit awkward to get to but nice and quiet. Staff were great but let down by the shortcomings of the computer system in the restaurant and bar. The room we had was ok, bathroom was very small and tired. The Bedroom was ok, could do with cleaning the window frames more regularly though. Otherwise bed was comfortable enough. Didnt use the Spa or pool. "
