"What an absolutely magnificent view. Saturday night around 9 a tugboat pulled up right outside our window and gave us a spectacular fireworks display. Loved the location. We had the ferry and bus service at the front door. Fabulous eateries within 10 minutes walk & no hustle and bustle like in the city.. it is an older apartment that shows its age but that spectacular view & all the surrounding amenities make it worth every cent. "This studio is centrally located. Easy walking to everything in the CBD. The check in and check out process was very smooth. The unit is a bit bare bones with some stains on the couch and carpet.
