"This house is perfect in so many ways! It’s an old farmhouse stocked with everything you need. It has the character of a 100+ year old house that’s been immaculately cared for. Plenty of yard for privacy… including a fenced in garden/yard off the back of the house, which was perfect for letting our dogs out! "This house was absolutely as advertised, secluded perch high over east shore of Cayuga. Base here for FLX wine exploration maybe not as good as Seneca (if that is your thing), but the access to water and the peaceful nature of well-appointed lake house was well worth it. Greg was very patient and communicated well. "

"The house was great and exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and well supplied. The owners were easy to reach when needed. We had a great time kayaking and swimming in the lake. The highlight of the trip was definitely watching sunset over the lake in the hot tub. We hope for a return visit someday!"
