Even though our first room was not connecting to WiFi and TV was not working, the staff was attentive and moved us to a new room close by. They also gave us a $25 credit to our room service. Thank you.

The property and location are absolutely perfect for a weekend vaca. Located in The Domain, we didn’t leave all weekend. Uber and Lyft are always nearby for those wanting to travel away from the hotel and explore other areas of Austin. The reason for the 4 as opposed to a 5 star review is the bedding. The pillows were extremely thin as were the sheets and comforter. If you get cold, definitely bring extra blankets. I wouldn’t say the comforter is even a comforter, more-so a thicker sheet. The mattress was comfortable, however. If they’d invest in nice bedding, it would easily be a 5 star review.

I liked the convenience of being at the domain. It can get loud since it is close to the bars. The bar service was good.

20/10 recommend! Kyle, from valet services needs to be promoted! He is intuitive and anticipates consumer needs without being overbearing. We stayed for our anniversary and were graciously upgraded to a suite. The showers have prompted me to remodel my bathroom. My hubby is not amused lol. Oh the real kicker, these little crack Carmel candies they leave in your room…Fat back folk such as I, will be running back solely bc of those gems. The handsome concierge hooked me up with a goodie bag as I was leaving. Safe to say, “He has a friend in me”.

Great property, really friendly staff, everything is top-notch. My only suggestion would be to have an option where the interior design of some rooms are a little bit more subdued, for those travelers who appreciate everything the archer has, but don’t want giant murals or over the top glitzy adornments in their room. That is a personal preference, and is the only change that would’ve made this a five star experience!

We stayed at The Archer Hotel for our anniversary. Upon check-in, Natalia asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. She must have taken note because a chilled complimentary bottle of Prosecco was delivered to our room that evening. What a treat! Dinner in their lobby restaurant was delicious too. We highly recommend The Archer hotel!

Take pictures of your car before you let the valet take it. Then check it carefully before you leave when they bring it back out. They will blow you off completely and the hotel won’t help with video footage.
