Four of the bedrooms are on the second floor, two of which have access to a private bathroom. Each has been uniquely configured to provide plenty of sleeping space for even the largest of groups! Vintage dressers and bedside tables provide you with stylish storage for your vacation clothing, devices, and more!

The primary bedroom on this floor centers around a majestic wood-framed sleigh bed. Natural light filtering in from the sliding glass doors creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Step outside to enjoy a breath of fresh air and stunning views.

The second bedroom is the perfect place for a slumber party, with a comfortable full bed and a twin-over-twin bunk. Don’t worry about arguments over who gets the top bunk, as the third and fourth bedrooms both feature twin-over-full bunks! These two bedrooms also include a table and chairs, which is the ideal setup for a rainy day board game or for those who need some quiet space for remote work. Simply shut the door to any potential distractions!

For a little more privacy, head up to the third floor where you’ll find two additional bedrooms. Both benefit from an abundance of natural light during the day and gorgeous exposed wood ceilings.

The larger bedroom is a comfortable space for young families, with a queen bed for mom and dad, a crib for little ones, and a roomy walk-in closet offering plenty of storage. The ensuite bathroom means it's super easy to bathe the kiddos after a day spent exploring the great outdoors. After the kiddos are finally in bed, the private balcony is a great place to step outside and enjoy the unrivaled nightscape!

Also benefiting from a perfect water view, the final bedroom provides you with a queen bed, bedside table, lamp, and large dresser. The pretty, upholstered chair is positioned next to the window and is a pleasant spot to curl up and read your favorite book!

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

Four full bathrooms mean there’ll never be a line to use the facilities, no matter the time of day! Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, all of which are immaculate and equipped with fresh towels, hair dryers, and shampoo for your convenience.

Each of the bathrooms has been designed with cabinets for storage, sleek fixtures, stylish mirrors, and thoughtful decorative touches. Three of the bathrooms offer a soaking tub and shower combination, while the fourth has a large walk-in shower.

A convenient half bath is located on the first floor, adjacent to the game room and laundry room – saving you from the trek upstairs when you’re in the middle of an exciting, high-energy ping pong match!

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

Communal space is abundant at this tranquil waterfront home. Whether you’re looking to kick back and relax after an afternoon outside, or feel like playing some games, there’s something for everyone!

The main living space is characterized by a spacious open-floor design, combining a huge living room, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. No matter what you’re doing, it won’t feel crowded or cramped. High ceilings with exposed wood beams create a beautiful backdrop to create vacation memories.

Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light throughout the day. For a break from high-spirited adventures, pop a batch of buttery stovetop popcorn and enjoy in front of the large flat-screen in the corner.

Those seeking a little “me time” will enjoy climbing up to the loft room, tucked away from the main living areas. Furnished with plenty of seating (including a daybed that’s perfect for a nap), it’s the perfect escape. Cozy up with a good book or grab a deck of cards to pass the time.

☆☆ GAME ROOM ☆☆

When it’s too windy to spend the afternoon floating in the lake, head down to the first-floor game room, where little ones will be entertained while grown-ups relive their childhood! Young and old alike will adore the retro arcade game, packed with classic favorites! Fix yourself a drink and load the counter with snacks for an afternoon of fun.

House is not as pictured and described
The house is in need of a deep cleaning: cobwebs everywhere, house infested with gnats and spiders (including refrigerator, showers and even beds), smoke detectors were inoperable and chirping, mold in air duct, bed on second level was unstable, fire extinguishers were empty, kitchen faucet is about to fall off, bulbs throughout house not working, A/C on second floor was not working properly (only one vent was functioning and rest of floor was hot and miserable), door locks did not work, stairs were wobbly and unsafe (fortunately my family is very active and athletic...three fights of stairs should be noted in house description...quite the climb with bags of groceries and luggage), TV did not connect to internet, wooden floors on second level are deteriorating and house was overall musty and not as described on VRBO. We would have left the house for somewhere clean and safe, but nothing was available.

Would not rent again
The house is not well-maintained. Door hardware is broken and door to sleeping area unable to lock. Unable to steam on TV’s. Bad plumbing—cannot flush toilet paper. The biggest issue we had was air circulation: back bedroom was super cold, front bedroom was super hot. All the bedrooms on that level share one unit.

Heads up!! Pics are not accurate!!
Lets see where should i start,we get there 2 nd floor was a little musty, air conditioner did not work right, all the air was coming out in 1 room only. lighting was bad, ceiling fans did not work in 2 of the rooms.i had to buy fans to circulate the air, pictures for the 2nd floor not at all like advertised. The elevator shaft door was not locked had my granddaughter open door. Not very safe, also we brought our boat had trouble finding a dock ,you needed a code So we called the host and they are saying. Oh, you can't use that dock because you need to be a member. So she sent us to another doc and we get there and they're saying no, you need to be a member. So my husband talk to the host again. And it was just back-and-forth, saying you need to be a member. Oh, you don't need to be the member. The card is in the kitchen, which was not. So then they were saying they'll get with the housekeeper to see what they did with it. And then towards the end, they said. Oh, we'll have to get with the people that rented before us to see what they did with it. It was all back-and-forth. It was so ridiculous that the first night we got there Friday evening. We were not able to use our boat. We told the host that on your. Advertisement. It says we have access to everything which I think that's false advertisement. Then Saturday morning we tried to dock it again. And there was a kind person that let us in So we finally got our boat on the water. Also watch out for fleas!! This place is bad!!!

An Adventurous Stay (Animals included with rental)
Our stay here was adventurous to say the least. Checking in It took a while to get a code that actually worked to unlock the doors. The first 2 that the property owner gave us didn't work. One of the sliding doors was unlocked (thankfully?) so we were able to bring in our bags as we got the doors figured out. Once we got in there were multiple surprises. The first was that the pictures may not accurately portray the accommodations. The couches we a little shabby (we did find a couple fleas). Worst was the stench on the second floor. Some animals have made their home in the house and two of the rooms were unusable. There was a pungent stench of either rotting animal or rotting waste from them. You could hear animals crawling in the walls at night! After two days, the faucet to the sink broke and we had to quickly shut off the valves to keep it from pouring out over the floor. We called the property owner and they sent someone to look at it, but it wasn't fixed before we left, causing us to bring water in pans to do dishes the last two days. All that to say- besides the stench, the animals, and the sink, the location was great. We enjoyed the facilities and the views in the morning and evening of the sunset was great. If you stay here, you have been given a heads up. There are issues with the house, so be prepared.

Austin golf 2024
We found it not very clean. Dead mouse carcass on kitchen beam, and fecal material on the deck are examples. Generally poor bedroom lighting, gas grill would not light, and a leak in the kitchen ceiling after a rain storm made the floor slippery. We never did get the TVs to work despite repeated requests for assistance, and we're all familiar with how to stream with personal accounts. We found a large difference between the advertising and the real thing. The views of the CO river are the nicest things to mention.
