Summary:
This East Austin beauty is three stories tall and large enough to host up to16 guests. It's one half of a duplex building, and guests will have the whole unit A with a rooftop patio to themselves. This place has an awesome outdoor ground level lounge area too, with a gas fireplace table – you know, the little details that make you want to snap a selfie next to! The outdoor lounge is furnished with long picnic tables and plenty of chairs for gathering the crew for dinner, drinks, and BBQ meals.
The Space:
For groups of up to 12 people, each person will have their own bed. For large groups, five (5) additional beds can be accessed on-demand using 4 convertible accent chairs and 1 sofa bed.
The first floor has one full bedroom with a full bath, as well as a 3-layer bunk bed in an enclosed flex area. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen that includes a wine cooler. Enjoy an 86" television with surround sound while using a 3-in-1 convertible pool, poker, or ping pong table. Poker chips, cards, and dealer button included.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms, and a washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a total of two full-sized beds in two standard bedrooms. The third bedroom, a Master Suite, has two queen size beds.
The third floor bedroom has two twin-size beds, a double bed, and a wet bar (ice maker, refrigerator, and sink), along with access to a rooftop patio. Perfect for mornings and evenings, the rooftop patio is surrounded by views of the lush green canopy of the property's pecan trees.
A large outside entertainment area on the 1st-floor has long picnic tables (2.6 ft by 10 ft ) with plenty of chairs for your group's outdoor activities, including dinner, drinks, and BBQ on the grill.

You might know about Austin – the capital of live music, weirdness, and cheap beeer. (And Texas... Austin is also the capital of Texas:) But then there is East Austin – the capital within the capital. And if you know anything about the east side, you know it's brimming with culture, swagger, and authenticity.
You are just minutes away from the edge of Austin's downtown bar district and live music scene on east and west 6th Street, and to the unique entertainment options on the famous Rainey Street.
There is a public swimming pool/splash pad only 5 minutes walking distance. Walking/jogging trails are just across the street. Plenty of coffee shops, bars, ethnic cuisine, and food trucks nearby. Less than 2 miles away from the historic Texas State Capital and the beautiful University of Texas campus.
