I paid for the daily breakfast which was average at best. I dont recommend. The suite was nice and necessary as I'm use to larger rooms. Overall ita a nice central drop your bags go place to stay.

Pros: Convenient, great location. Everything is in the walking distance. Very polite and friendly staff. Free water bottles. Cons: no hot water in the shower in the morning. They gave us only decaf coffee everyday.

Overall it was okay, but we had a huge hole in the bathroom floor, it was completely broken and we almost hurt ourselves a couple of times. Very dangerous conditions. Also the whole time the bathroom smelled like sewer, it was difficult to walk into the bathroom.

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE BEFORE READING THIS! Victory House Leicester Square was a horrific experience: Scammed, Vomit on the floor, noisy rooms, rude staff. Don’t waste your money please. Stay elsewhere! We arrived after a long flight to check into the hotel late at night. The staff said that our room wasn’t available due to a leak on that floor, and we no longer had a room. We later read reviews and found that this was a repeat scam they had done to many other customers. They said we should move to their sister hotel “Indigo” for one night then drag our bags back after that. At hotel Indigo, the staff there said the only room for us was an accessible room which was not what we had paid for, and the noise during the night was horrendous - it sounded like someone dropping bowling balls above us. During our time we heard two other guests screaming and arguing with the front desk about their horrible experiences such as maintenance staff coming into their rooms unannounced, leaving their room open etc. We were shocked. We came back to the hotel and the front desk staff greeted us then as we walked to the elevator we slipped in a puddle of vomit. The front desk staff then walked up and said “oh yeah watch out someone threw up there”. They could have warned us. The hotels offered no compensation, did not respond to contact, and removed my booking from their registry so I couldn’t leave a review directly. Clearly this is a bait and switch scam between the two hotels.

If you want quiet and out of the way, this isn't for you. The location was awesome! The how area is so fullbof life and energy and the food options were great. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance. We were very pleased with our choice and would go back.

This hotel is a good budget friendly option. It’s a little old but you can tell they try their best to maintain it. It’s small but in a great location for tourist. Outside is allowed but once you go into the hotel you don’t hear a thing. Since you’re in the square, you can’t get picked up in front of the hotel. A 1 mins walk to the road. Overall I would stay here again if I’m trying to save money.

Nice hotel close to theatre, we were on top floor which was great but they did have lift issues which meant waiting a little longer at busy times. It’s quite a noisy area but after 11pm goes quiet so no issues with sleeping etc. We did find though an awful smell coming up through drains in shower and sink in bathroom and had to put towels over and keep plug in sink likely due to the age of the building but facilities spotless aside from that.
