"Kristina and her staff were great. Super friendly and helpful. The back villa came with amazing views with loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the raised deck views. Bikes and kayaks were available for use and allowed us to see three turtles in the lagoon while paddling on three separate days. Loungers were also available for use on the beach. "We had an extremely relaxing time in this house. Kitchen is outdated for us who love cooking but we still made it work. Coming from Matira beach previously, the surrounding and water is not as attractive but you can still swim from the dock.We enjoyed the quietness and again very relaxing time for a family of 5 without feeling crowded.Very welcoming. We recommend ."

"Our accommodation at Waves at Surfside was beautiful! The room view was perfect & the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a great time there with Breakas within close distance for food and cocktails on the beach front. We loved the private pool, the villa was very clean upon arrival & had anything we may have needed. I’d absolutely recommend the stay to others! "

"The location is beautiful. Villas face the estuary and the units are well separated so they’re quiet. It’s an easy walk to the river mouth and Ocean Beach. There’s lots of nature - birds, swans, pelicans, kangaroos and a farm next door with cows. Great that dogs are allowed. Unfortunately internet connection is weak but it’s good to disconnect for awhile."
