"There were no staff to speak off that we saw, other than the restaurant and they were great. Though this was not a problem. It was super easy to get to our room. There was not much in the area but again this was not an issue for us because the metro was a short walk. The hotel room was clean and spacious - I traveled with my two teenage daughters and they really enjoyed the bunk bed. They also loved the Nutella pizza in the restaurant! Will stay here again."

"The hotel is great, the rooms are unique with the large round window, and a superb shower. Beds are comfortable too. A tip for everyone! There is a small ventilation window, hidden behind the curtain. Breakfast was ok, but really geared towards vegetarians. Transport links are great , main station only 150 mts away. Great view from the rooftop terrace. The staff in the hotel are exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. Highly reccomended"

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient. Our room was cosy and perfect for our two night stay. Location was spot on for walking to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks in the 8th floor bar, fab views, great selection of drinks & again very lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel."

"For my two nights in Salzburg the Imlauer Pitter was perfect. Great location, clean, nice free upgrade, the staff were above and beyond polite, respectful, helpful and courteous. Food in the skybar was wonderful and the view rewarding. Couldn't have picked a better hotel."
