"We enjoyed this house, and it was a great location for us to get down to the beach, rent a motor boat to enjoy the ocean around the city, take a golf cart tour on a route throughout Avalon, and get in and enjoy the cool, clear blue water at the beach. The house was in walkable distance for many fine restaurants and Vons for snacks and necessities, and the weather was perfect for our visit. Amy and Eric were very helpful in communication and providing assistance when needed, and we all enjoyed...

"This house is in a great location. It’s on the flat ground, no walking uphill from the port and is close to Vons grocery store. The description of the house setting & amenities are as described. We have 8 people in our group & the house is big enough and we feel comfortable to share our space. The kitchen is fully stock. One evening we got to use the BBQ grill & had dinner on the patio. We consider to stay here again when we visit Avalon."
