Hotel itself is very busy as is Honk Kong in general. Rooms are small, showing wear/tear. Bring slippers/flipflops as the rooms are carpeted and honestly are dirty/need to be replaced. "

"return to same hotel numerous times due to location as I am familiar with that neighborhood since I am a local citizen and used to live in that area. However, tourist may find it difficult to find. Reception staffs are always nice and try their best to find me a room for me to check in despite I usually arrive earlier than 3pm. "Loved the service and amenities at this hotel! 😬 they gave us the highest floor and we had free mini bar every single day! The daily housekeeping was done really well too :) overall we enjoyed our stay there very much and would recommend anyone to consider this hotel!! The only downside would be that the rooms don’t have very good soundproof and we could hear people talking in the corridors in the morning. It didn’t affect us as we were going to wake up anyways! "
