"The hotel staff were amazing and the property condition was great. But be aware this hotel is in the heart of soho so is quite noisy on the lower floors. However the upper floors are more comfortable and as long as you’re prepared for the level of noise from being in party central of Hong Long you’ll have a great time. The concierge and bellman were also excellent the day I arrive and left. The shuttle is super convenient. The hotels is located in the mid levels and there is access to everything you can imagine you just need to walk down and talk the escalators back up.
