"My check-in was great, a young lady looked to be quite happy with her job (that or she was new) and was very friendly. Check-in was quick with all the explanations about where to park and all. Great if you're looking for something on a budget, comfortable and no more than a 10 minute walk to the beach. We stayed at the low end of accommodation availability and we were more than happy so the higher end ones will be even better. We still had air con even though the low end cabins were advertised as ceiling fans (air con cabins were $80 more but had their own parking spots) so we were quite happy to have air con. Staff were friendly, check in was quick and efficient, checkout was even quicker. We'll be back for sure. The only thing is there are no shops close by except for the Towradgie pub which in and of itself is a great place to eat right across the road, otherwise it's in your car to go anywhere even for shopping or takeaway, but no more than a 5-10 minute drive. "

"My experience was excellent, checkin and fast checkout were easy. Paid for parking and that works in and out no problem. Close ro the beach and plenty of restaurants near!"

"Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. The amenities such as the pool and the gym were great. Clean and comfortable rooms too. Walking distance to great cafes and restaurants and across the road from the surf beach. Definitely book this hotel again. 👍👍"

"The hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel so comfortable and welcomed. We got upgraded and the view was amazing. The pool was surperb and the cabanas were comfortable. "

"Have stayed here several times and cannot fault it. Communication is great and access options easy. Fortunate on this trip to get a surprise of an upgrade to a two bedroom unit with a " we do nice things sometimes" from staff. Will continue to stay here if available when travelling."

"It was our first holiday with our 10month old baby. Was pleasantly suprised with the cleanliness of the room. Even the microwave was spotless! We were impressed on how well stocked and organised the room was with utensils, teatowels etc.. The staff even called to mention activities that the facility was offering for the children during our stay. "

"The property was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was good. I took a blanket out of the cupboard and it was a little dusty. Otherwise we had a lovely stay. "
