I only know a few words of Japanese but the staff easily communicated with me in English. I would definitely stay here again. A Lawson store us conveniently next to the hotel, as are several restaurants. "

Stayed in room 1517 and the view from the window was amazing!. We had breakfast buffet for 6 mornings at Ariake. Never get tired of the food, especially the French toast!
