"On the upside, the spa was excellent. The food was very good. Room service and laundry were prompt. On the down side, staff were disorganized and not well trained. We had many problems conveying our needs with the room reservation. Operations were inefficient. Importantly, smoking was rampant and there was sewer smell in our room. Would not stay again. "
