"Great view. Great room. Poor staffing. This hotel had a skeleton crew running it. We had no water in our shower for 3 days. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no one giving out pool towels. We had none. One person at front desk. If you want good customer service, dont stay here."

"They were doing construction on the front of the hotel. So the 1st morning woke up to jack hammers. But I asked to change rooms. No problem. I got a room on the other side of the building. Much better second morning. No noise."

"I have come to Evamar a few times. Its personnel are courteous and helpful, the rooms are clean and brand new. It is close to the beach and grocery stores as well as nice restaurants in San Carlos. Besides, I can bring Coco and Frida, our French Poodles!"
