"The place is an older "inn style" place. Don't expect extravagant, but it is kept nice and the hosts were very responsive to any messages I sent. The big perk for us was the NO UPCHARGE on pets. The view of the river is awesome and it is off a "main" road. We felt comfortable and safe walking our dogs down the road that this place is located on. It is also really close to the main road and that is really convenient for getting to and from Elkins, Stuarts park, etc. The toilet was having an issue...

"The property was amazing! Our group had a wonderful time cooking meals together, sitting around the big table playing card games, which was provided in the game room and then of course we spent late nights shooting pool and bowling on the Wii. I definitely will recommend this house to all friends and family. "

"Booked a cabin last minute during a snow storm for me and my two Border Collies. The owner actually called me to make sure that I knew it was a camping cabin - which I thought was super nice. He brought down a second heater in case the first one didn’t warm the cabin up enough. It was a camping cabin so rustic. "My family (2 adults, 2 kids) and my parents had a fantastic time at the house, Voyager Retreat. The home is beautiful, very well built, which was reassuring during a winter storm with strong winds, and cozy. The decor is eclectic and enjoyable.
