"der Aufenthalt im Klösterlehof war sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeber freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Speisekarte klein aber fein! Besonders das Dessert war traumhaft !!!! Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber, im Bad war alles da, was man braucht. "

The hotel did find another available accommodation with a different property in another town and drove our party there - however would have to pay all over again, and none of the amenities important to us. "The rooms are a bit run down with bathroom facilities and lighting that are still in the 70s. The hotel says has a wellness center with pool, but this is an overstatement. The pool is maybe 10 mt long, the sauna is ok, the changing room is something between a storage room and a doctor's.

"The hotel is full of old people who are not happy at all to see younger families or people from other countries who do not understand German.
Very grumpy people (including reception and restaurant/breakfast) and not polite. Do not smile, do not apologise or say thank you. Also, do not answer if you said thank you.
They constantly stare at you and check all your moves. Is really creepy.
That's a shame for this behaviour because the area is extraordinary.
I've been told that children can't go in the pool before 2 afternoon and 4 afternoon, because there are people in the hotel with very stressful jobs who went there to relax .
The food options are very limited and you need to sit at at certain tables for breakfast that they allocated you when you first checked in"

"Welcoming and friendly place in central Buehl 6 minute walk from the station. A cracking hotel with very friendly and kind staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The room was small but perfectly clean and functional. A lovely waterside bar to enjoy a perfect pint of beer. The breakfast was well presented and had a lovely selection served by kind and smiling host. I really enjoyed my stay here and the area is wonderful."
