"My Mum was gifted a spa day for two for her birthday so I decided to book a stay also. So glad I did ...loved this hotel. Upgrade on the room, fantastic and beautiful bar area and staff were fab. If I had to offer a slight area to improve...the pool was a tad cool for a spa pool. The hotel was a great location to bars and resturants. Thank you for a lovrly stay ."

"Staff great on arrival and location is brill for Chester town centre. All public areas are really well looked after. Breakfast was good with hot buffet food although would have liked a little more choice of fruit not just peaches and grapefruit. Room was just what we needed overlooking the canal, quiet and clean.
