"We loved the fact that the staff was very welcoming from the front staff to housekeeping. The food was amazing. They had a great variety of food items to choose from. The all-inclusive package was definitely worth it. The alcoholic beverages were awesome, and the activities were definitely worth participating. This was my second visit in 4 months. "

"One of the main selling points of this property is its proximity to Atlantis and also the access to Atlantis pools and the "Aquaventure" water park. It is extremely close, about a 5 minute walk. The staff are EXCELLENT. The rooms (though they most they have been refurbished, but maybe 10 years ago?) are in need of another round of refurbishment. Free breakfast! Daily from 7-10am."

"Stayed at The Reef February 2025 for 10 days. The Reef was wonderful the staff was friendly and very helpful. When we arrived the fridge in our room did not work, we called down to the desk and a new fridge was brought right up. I can't wait to go back!!!!"
