"We had a very nice stay here. The hotel was clean and and compact and the area surrounding the hotel was beautiful. I also liked the contained beach and pool area. Food and drinks are available at all hours and I thought the food was delicious. Planned activities are fun and for all ages The front desk staff is not friendly though. The concierge was hard to find. When checking in. We had to wait and it was not a smooth process. I called the week before our stay to ask about paying for an early check-in and was reassured that I could do a pre-check in at 11:30 AM Once doing the pre-check-in the person on the phone assured me that they would prep my room and I would be in the room much earlier than the 4 o’clock official check in time. We checked on our room at three and it was still not ready. We had to sit around the hotel and wait until four… The official check-in and even then the room was not ready. I explained that I had called a week earlier to avoid an issue like this and the staff didn’t acknowledge. Room wasn’t ready till 4:30. Towels seem to be a hot commodity. On the third day of our stay, we saw housekeeping and mentioned that we needed fresh towels. When we arrived back from shopping, we discovered that they had cleaned to the room, took our towels, and it didn’t give us fresh ones. Took an hour and a half to get fresh towels"

"The staff was by far, the best!!! The food in the buffet was always great and clean. The Garden of Eden was our favorite. The outdoor activities were entertaining! For sure worth our time and money! "

"We had a lovely stay at Goldwynn Resort. The room was beautiful, spacious and well appointed. We dined at OIA Restaurant, amazing! The meal was exquisite and the service was on point. We spent most days on the beach and enjoying the infinity pool! The outdoor dining at Amara was the perfect spot for lunch & a cocktail! Overall, the Goldwynn Resort was exactly what we were looking for, a Luxury Boutique Hotel, with all of the amenities, and an incredible beach where we could simply relax. We will most certainly return. We appreciated and enjoyed a refined vacation experience. "
