"Originally was given a disabled room with a bathroom that was not ideal as water would have escaped the sink. I complained and asked another room and was offered another room that was smelling smoke although I booked non smoking room. Was then changed to a second floor room and was told I would be given a more comfortable higher room the next day however nobody from reception contacted me during my 4 nights stay."

"It is located in a quiet area. A bit of a distance from the city, but that was not a show stopper. The concierge can always get a taxi to where you would like to go. The breakfast was good. "The walk from the hotel to Lin Hexi mrt is not near. It will take at least 10mins on foot. If you are rooming with friend, you may not feel comfortable as there is no door to the toilet. Toilet and shower are separated but comes with only one glass door that can see it through. The door can only use at one cubicle. There is a good massage place beside the hotel, at level 20. There is one small eatery shop selling HK style chee cheong fun opp the hotel is good. "
