"Location, location, location— CQ is in the heart of it all, walkable from Rittenhouse Square, City Hall, and even the Art Museum. Tons of great restaurants and cafes in the area. Lots and lots of shopping too, including the Liberty Shoppes mall across the street. Room itself was quite small (typical of city hotels) but clean with a comfy bed and a good shower. Reception desk on the 2nd floor and elevators/doors that require keycards so we felt extra safe. The staff was nice and helpful, especially re: storing our luggage. The only two downsides: 1. Parking is very difficult in this area (we used SpotHero to find an affordable indoor parking garage spot, but it was a good 17 minute walk away): 2. CQs no longer offer comp late-checkouts or grace periods…. Instead they charge $50 for this. Boo! Still, overall, this was a great find at a good price. Recommend! "

"We saw a concert at the Mann center. This hotel was close to the venue and an inexpensive uber ride. We also were able to order some late night food to our hotel. It was convenient location. There is an on site parking garage which was also a perk. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. I have no complaints. I would stay again. "

"The price was right for this three bedroom townhouse a couple miles outside UPenn. The cleaning lady was leaving as we were arriving and was friendly. A few specific things to note about this spot:1) The toilet began overflowing after the first flush and a plumber was called but not available that day. We all had to use one toilet and had to remove water from the floor that had overflowed and started running into the bedrooms.2) There is no living area to hang out. There is a kitchen with some uncomfortable flimsy chairs and the bedrooms.3) The kitchen cooking utensils were limited. And no body wash/shampoo/conditioner was provided. You’ll want to bring your own if you stay. 4) In the basement bedroom, at night there is a bright light from outside that shines directly in with only some blockage by the blinds. Bring something to cover the eyes. Noise was pretty minimal from outside the home.5) The host was very responsive to questions which was appreciated. 6) There is nowhere to hang out outside.7) The beds were quite comfortable. This is a good spot if you don’t mind having a more minimal experience and don’t mind the commute to city center. "
