"Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff are super polite, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms are generously sized and very clean, and the pools are quite large with crystal-clear water. The whole resort area is beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. Drinking water is provided daily, and breakfast is superb, with a huge selection of food, pastries, desserts, and fruits. The RIN restaurant is excellent, offering delicious food. Suku offers Indonesian cuisine but also provides some Western food options - ok option for lunch or dinner but more on the pricey side. There are many other great restaurants located just 10-15 minutes from the resort. The Kids Club is enjoyable although adding a kids' pool play area with a waterslide and other entertainment features would further enhance the experience for families. We had an evening return flight and the reception team kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out at 2 pm. Overall, this is a fantastic resort for a relaxing vacation, and I am definitely coming back to Conrad Bali!"

"I came to the hotel as part of a Viking post cruise tour, but stayed on several days on my own. The hotel is absolutely exquisite. I can’t think of a bad thing to say about it. It is right on the Indian ocean there are amazing pools that thread their way through the gardens with waterfalls and one can swim all around the whole property it’s wonderful, the staff are so sweet just lovely. If you stay there, I’m sure you will have a wonderful time and the food is divine. "

"Excellent Nusa Dua hotel option!!! Beautiful daily breakfast! Very friendly staff around the hotel. Room was great size with a great view - a little musty though; you need to check/clean/replace your ventilation system. Would definitely stay here again! I have already recommended this hotel to many people!!"

"We stayed for 5 nights here, and it was just wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I think value for money was very good. The property grounds are very well kept, peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The dining options were OK inside the resort. Breakfast seemed to have enough options, and was different every day for our stay. The Ratna restaurant had a pretty good international menu, and the Cempaka restaurant seemed to have a good menu, although we only used this twice. The rooms were clean and very "quaint" - the traditional decor, fixtures and fittings for the entire resort made us feel like we were on a holiday in Bali - not just standard contemporary rooms. Very comforting. The only negative that I can think of is that our room was only supplied with 2 bottles of complimentary "mineral" water per day, and after that there was a charge. For Australians, and I guess US and EU, this is a little harsh, as we really need to drink and brush teeth only with bottled water (risk of Bali Belly), as I guess our immune systems are not acclimatised to the local tap water. Having said that, there is a convenience store directly across the road from the resort, where bottled water can be purchased at very low cost. I was also pleasantly surprised that this store also sold beer! I normally stay in Jakarta when in Indonesia, and it seems that beer sales in convenience stores is not allowed. Overall, this was a fantastic short holiday for us! Thank you!"
