"Great location. Clean. Wasn’t a fan of having to pull out microwave plug or kettle to plug in toaster. Found it rather odd that these appliances were more than close to the sink and awarded to get to. The cottage probably would be perfect for a young couple. Older people would prefer privacy when showering. "

"This was our second time here. The cleanliness was great, the views were great, a beautiful spot to stay! Such an amazing place to stay, the spa was great also! Though 2 things did stand out to us, I think having silicone on the shower door would be beneficial, as the bathroom floor gets drenched whilst showering. Also, my partner fell down the entire back steps and injured himself as they were extremely slippery with the wet weather. I suggest putting some anti slip guides on each step....

"The double spa bath is very welcome and decadent. The exterior is fun and has a luxurious cottage feel. Outside of that the cottage felt underwhelming, tired and in need of some repair. The bathroom needs regrouting, the vanity light wasn't working, the bed felt small, the main TV kept restarting and the light in the kitchen had a cardboard-box shade. All the appliances felt tired and in need of replacement. For the amount paid, it felt more like a 3 star than a 4 or 5 star stay."

"This cottage ticked all the boxes for us -comfortable, well-furnished, and cute as a button. The bedroom has good bedside lamps for reading and we slept well. The kitchen and living space are well designed and attractively styled. The air-con cools the house nicely, and the fireplace looks very inviting for the winter months. But lovely as the interior is, our favourite spot was the front porch with its sunny aspect and restful view of trees. Hard to say who liked it more - us or our kelpie....

"We had a great stay at the property, it was exactly what we needed! The property is conveniently located being so close to town (walking distance). The kids loved their bedroom, the games provided, and the Easter treats were a very sweet touch. The whole house was very comfortable and plenty of amenities. Would love to stay again."

I only had two concerns: On one of the wooden rails of the stairs wood is being rotted away underneath the paint, leading into the railing to move under my hand. Some of the metal covers was missing in the spa bath. Was a lovely place and very close to town, will be back to stay "
