"Peaceful "

"Jane's house was immaculately presented with the finest touches of luxury that was appreciated by all. The French Linen was a delight after a day of shopping in Daylesford - which is a short stroll away. The sunset view from the front of the house was spectacular and we enjoyed the manicured gardens whilst we sat outside enjoying local cheeses and wines. It was a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable break from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne. We are to return for sure!"

"Great location. Clean. Wasn’t a fan of having to pull out microwave plug or kettle to plug in toaster. Found it rather odd that these appliances were more than close to the sink and awarded to get to. The cottage probably would be perfect for a young couple. Older people would prefer privacy when showering. "

"Very enjoyable back yard needs to be secured for dogs. "

"The cottage was very comfortable with everything you could want or need. As we are an over 70 couple the path to the cottage was a bit of a challenge with our luggage & the shower is over a spa bath, which could be an issue. We were ok with this at present, however a few years on could be a problem. The host was very friendly & helpful. "

"The double spa bath is very welcome and decadent. The exterior is fun and has a luxurious cottage feel. Outside of that the cottage felt underwhelming, tired and in need of some repair. The bathroom needs regrouting, the vanity light wasn't working, the bed felt small, the main TV kept restarting and the light in the kitchen had a cardboard-box shade. All the appliances felt tired and in need of replacement. For the amount paid, it felt more like a 3 star than a 4 or 5 star stay."

"This cottage ticked all the boxes for us -comfortable, well-furnished, and cute as a button. The bedroom has good bedside lamps for reading and we slept well. The kitchen and living space are well designed and attractively styled. The air-con cools the house nicely, and the fireplace looks very inviting for the winter months. But lovely as the interior is, our favourite spot was the front porch with its sunny aspect and restful view of trees. Hard to say who liked it more - us or our kelpie....
