We always stay at this DoubleTree when we visit Baltimore. They are always friendly and it’s clean. The only complaint I had this time was the water in the shower did not get warm enough, it was like warm. Everything else was great.

This was my second stay here. Very clean, friendly staff, delicious cookies, and easy check in process. Great quality for the price. Elevator stopped working late at night which was a bit inconvenient since we stayed on the 7th floor so that was a tedious hike but can’t complain because it wasn’t the staff’s fault. The maintenance man was already on it first thing in the morning.
