"This property was a scam and expedia was of no assistance in helping me get my money back. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers."

"The AC is not working there is only two beds, not three beds that was stated by the host!!! She had another guest at the house at 11am on us which is very unprofessional I rate it a 5 out of 10 "

"Beautiful location and stunning house and grounds. One of the best parts was the house staff!! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Chef Christina was amazing at making meals for the adults and kids! We ended up staying home for every meal! To top off this trip, we have made lifelong friends with BJ. He was incredible with the kids and they will never forget him! "

We had adequate towels, linen, etc. My daughter left things behind and Dahlia contacted me even before we realized things were left behind, and offered to, actually shipped them/ it back. "I travel often to Jamaica - staying at different villas and this stay was beyond expectations. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures depict. Staff here is extremely hospitable and professional. Clayton the butler was friendly, always available when needed and accommodating to every request - morning or night. Chef Shellane was spectacular. Her meals were delicious and she had a joyful friendly attitude. My stay here was beyond expectations and I hope to return here again in the near...

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. First thing was the fact the housekeeper was waiting for us when we arrived even though we were about 2 hours late on our checking (shout out to Ms. Lee). "I booked this property for myself and family of 6 and we stayed comfortably with ages ranging from 9 yrs old to 73. I found the location to be perfect positioning for a base to tour the island from. I would suggest having a vehicle or reliable taxi service as the centre of Ochie is only 5 minutes away but realistically 20 mins walking down hill from the door. We loved the complex the property is in. The security to get in is tight and also polite but this leaves you with a real sense of safety...

"This property is listed inappropriately. This is a SCAM! It is NOT FIT TO RENT. The owner was not there, everything was locked. The church next door tell us that the house is vacant and has no running water or electricity and is NOT FIT to rent. They gave us the number to the owner, we contact the owner no response. He's cheating tourist regularly. We were stranded in Jamaica and had to find other lodging options. DO NOT BOOK THIS ONE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!"

"I booked with Expedia and the rate paid was not honored once I arrived at the front desk. I was highly disappointed as the hotel staff made me wait four hours with my two kids and elderly father. And only allowed me to check in after having me pay an additional amount outside of what was agreed booking through Expedia. This was fraud."

Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica - All Inclusive

"My husband and I booked for 6 nights beginning of February for our honeymoon. We booked at the Grand and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded by Expedia to use the facilities on the Luxury side. It is a beautiful property with plenty of pool area and different beach areas to enjoy. The food was very good and convenient locations for whatever you were doing throughout your day. The staff was friendly, always saying hello, good morning, etc. The pool entertainment staff/life guards were very friendly and we appreciated some of them striking up conversation rather than just a hello! Definitely would return to this hotel, hopefully next time they will have more occupancy. Felt a little empty! "
