"We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. We had a spacious suite room with balcony overlooking the river- with bathrobes & slippers. Their breakfast was indeed a treat & had selections for western & eastern palates & an egg & noodle stations. Come early for breakfast to avoid waiting for a table. Service was 5 star too from the front desk, the concierge (who helped us find great city tours & dinner with traditional dancing), room service & restaurant. Definitely a wonderful all around classy hotel...

"We had a very good time in Bangkok. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is my 3rd time visiting your hotel. I will return. But ask that the taxi driver next time is told to help with putting luggage on trolley off the road. I would just say that the taxi driver did not want to help with putting our luggage on the trolley. He wanted to leave it on the road side behind the boot of his car. Expecting us to lift off the road. I had to tell him to help us as my friend was 75 years...
