"the Mandarin hotel managed by centre point was a perfect location. The hotel itself was wonderful, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. We were not happy with the view in our first room and the staff quickly had us transferred to a different room. That being said we didn't spend much time in the room as the hotel is close to all the attractions that Bangkok has to offer. The pool was a very welcoming respite after a long day. Perfectly good hotel but staff totally lacking any personality or friendliness. Overall: I would stay there again, but not with enthusiasm. "The suites are clean and living space adequate. The staff are friendly and very respectful and we had a great stay. The only challenge we had was - on Sept 21 2024; my wife was unwell. I alerted the hotel staff and ordered room service for breakfast However, one of the workers informed me that the manager suspect F&B decided to serve the sick person only. I didnt argue but as a client and a medical Doctor found it very disappointing. That was the worst time of our visit but decided to ignore...

"The location is perfect- being able to jump on the BTS is great & a 5 minute walk to MBK. Breakfasts were good too. The only negatives were not being able to adjust the air conditioning, the super narrow shampoo/shower gel containers (no conditioner)& no power outlet in the bathroom. I recommend bringing a double adapter or powerboard as there is only a single power outlet by the bed for the lamp so if you want to charge any devices overnight you’ll need a 2nd outlet. I’d definitely stay here...

"This is a lovely huge hotel with friendly efficient staff. A couple of times I was waiting in a queue in reception and other staff appeared like genes to assist me. If you are into the gym this is one of the best I have seen at any hotel. The breakfast is also one of the widest and diverse choices I have ever had and is worth paying the money for. Delightful swimming pool with a call button at each sunbed for service. I got a couple of massages which were relaxing . I would definitely stay here...
