The service staff is wonderful but I noticed the complimentary wifi is not reliable. It is unstable and kept dropping throughout the day and especially in the evening. It took several tries before I could connect on the first day of my stay and FaceTime was frequently disconnected due to unstable wifi

Overall, a great place to stay and the breakfast was phenomenal (in addition to Thai specialties, they had an Indian and Japanese stations). We had the breakfast as an add-on (500 Baht pp). Only challenge was the marijuana smell in the room (7th floor) that I am guessing was caused by unruly guests so not blaming the management. But this needs to be taken care of. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

This is my 5th stay at this hotel. Am disappointed at their maintenance. Shower did not have hot water. Have to literally run the water for 10-15 minutes before it heats up. A huge waste of water and time. This happened 2 consecutive days. Not expected from a hotel of this calibre and pricing.
