"Location is good, If you take airport limousine bus from Kansai airport, The hotel is 30 seconds walk from namba bus terminal. Large supermarket is 3 mins away, Namba station is 4 mins away. This hotel is nearly new hotel, so it is very clean. Only thing is that the room is very small (but typical size in Japan). Otherwise, very happy for this hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel for small group of tourists."

"I strayed for five nights and the staff were very helpful. I had a room on the 9th floor and it was lovely. Bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom and toiletries were lovely and the free Starbucks coffee machine in the lounge was a great bonus.
