"This is the far worst place I have stayed. Our flight was delayed and we reach near 12midnight. The counter can’t find our 2 rooms booking and make us wait so long and telling us the room we book not available.. will be the last time coming to this hotel. "

"Everything about the hotel is good. Check-in was smooth. Check-out takes time, bell-boy service was super slow and waited for almost an hour. Compliment to front-desk staff Francis who help trace one of family member who left the bag with passport. Without his persistent looking for help from the manager in-charged we may end-up having to make police report and approach our embassy. Kudos to front-desk staff Francis and Zaton who make our family of 49 most memorably days."
