"We stayed here for one night in early November. We had a room on the third floor with two queen beds. The room was very nice and clean with a high ceiling being on the third floor. It was nice having a balcony to sit outside looking at the mountains. Check in and check out was fast. The coffee latte machine in the lobby was awesome and their hot breakfast was pretty good as well."

"We come to Banff yearly and decided to try a new hotel. We enjoyed the room and the bed was very comfy. We had paid for an upgrade and there was no table to eat at so that was disappointing. We also weren’t impressed by the $20/night parking… other hotels we have stayed in have included this. As we were treating our stay as a retreat and planned to stay in our room most of the time. we found the room service menu to be limited and the breakfast quite over priced… it was a nice clean hotel just...
