The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions in downtown. The pleasant temperature of the saltwater pool is also enjoyable. The restaurant is excellent, with a great selection. Highly recommend.

We come to Banff yearly and decided to try a new hotel. We enjoyed the room and the bed was very comfy. We had paid for an upgrade and there was no table to eat at so that was disappointing. We also weren’t impressed by the $20/night parking… other hotels we have stayed in have included this. As we were treating our stay as a retreat and planned to stay in our room most of the time. we found the room service menu to be limited and the breakfast quite over priced… it was a nice clean hotel just not for us. We won’t be returning.

This property was perfect for a weekend, 2-night stay in Banff! The property is located right in the heart of Banff and all shopping and dining downtown Banff is less than a 10 minute walk down the road. The hotel had all amenties needed for a trip. Great and friendly staff as well!
