The room itself was nice and the beds were comfortable. The in-room coffee, staff/service, and room service could use some improvement. We went during the holidays so their on-site restaurant had limited hours, the coffee was very poor quality, and we requested turn-down service that was confirmed but never happened, all trivial, but we were traveling with a young child and these details matter when that is the case.

Pros: price. Location. Moxies restauramt on premises and tim hortons across the street. Con. Heater was very loud. Could not get a goid nights sleep. Called from desk and waa advised they are all loud. Wouldnt recommend for light sleeprs or bring ear plugs

Ice machine didn’t work I asked about it said they’d handle it I watched several other people frustratingly try to no avail but they never sent someone to look at it didn’t seem to care Takes a solid 10 minutes to call down to the front desk The front desk took a delivery for me didn’t notify me and when i went and waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes clearly waiting for a delivery person they couldn’t be bothered it wasn’t until I saw the literal bag that I realized what had happened, our room had a dirty cleaned by tag. To summarize room was gross, service was attrocious, amenities weren’t really there and it doesn’t seem like they care to fix things when they break

The hotel is great. Good rooms, clean, and very helpful staff. The area however has suspicious people roaming around at night and early morning. The door is also not very sound proof as I was waked up by chatting in the hallway.
