"The staff was great and very friendly. We were upgraded to a room with terrace, which was nice. Outstanding breakfast buffet ( one of the finest we’ve encountered), though expensive. Pleasant riverside bar (though the live vocal combo was consistently off pitch). Evening dining options were weak and neighborhood seemed isolated. Not sure it gives a visitor a sense of the real pulse of Bangkok, which would be our primary objection"

There was never a day they weren’t readily available to assist with all needs. The restaurants were amazing and the complimentary breakfast buffet was stellar! "Stayed for 3 nights in a River view suite. Majestic view from the balcony. The lounge was good, just to note it finishes at 6pm as it converts into a bar. Wasn't able to peruse it as much because there's just to much to do in Bangkok. "Good hotel, centrally located, we walked everywhere 86k steps in 3 days. Rooms good size and with modern feel. Staff very nice and friendly. Rooms cleaned and water refreshed. Roof top bar superb, however the price of a drink is super, super expensive £28 for 2 330ml.😱"
