"Overall, this is not a bad properties and I mat use it again. However: with that said, there is a very distinct smell outside all the rooms in the common area on all floor that is just disturbing. Beverages in the bar on the roof is ridiculously overpriced….other than that, There is room for improvement with the breakfast menu and while some employees at breakfast/ dinning room perform proficiently, professionally and with care, others have no interest at all. "

"A really excellent hotel with great rooms and great service. The in-room baths and the rooftop gym/pool are both excellent if those matter to you. If I had ONE complaint it's that the breakfast is average, but it's still good for the price and didn't get me sick. That said, this was my first trip to Bangkok and I do have to say the surrounding area is VERY off-putting in terms of traffic safety, aesthetics, and the somewhat limited dining options. But that might just be par for the course for...

Siam Mandarina Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel (Free Shuttle)

Excellent choice

"We were extremely happy with our stay at the Siam Mandarina. We chose the suite with views which was very comfortable. The separate living area with its own TV made it easier if one wanted to go to sleep undisturbed. The 4.10 free shuttle was very quick and allowed us to check in for our early flight at 6.15 am . My only complaint was the time it took for the free shuttle to leave the airport for the hotel. Their representative was wearing what we would call a teal blue jacket not the lime green described in their email but maybe the colour doesn’t have a Thai equivalent! "

"After a 23 hour flight and a one hour taxi ride from the airport to the hotel traffic was horrendous. I just wanted to get into the room, but I had to wait an hour until about 2 o’clock because it wasn’t clean yet. So I had to walk around the neighborhood for an hour before I could check in and take a shower. Overall, the staff was pleasant. The room was clean and the location was within walking distance to all the fun."
