"When we got there the front entrance very welcoming but only stairs and a steep ramp with no railings. When we checked in we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite but the shower is a high tub with no grab handle for a disabled person can grab on too. We asked if there was a walk in shower and front desk lady said all the rooms in the hotel are the same. The next day we asked a lady in a black suit which could be the manager she said they have a handicapp room in the A tower but not till the next...

2 outdoor pools, open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, pool umbrellas, pool loungers

"Beautiful hotel with great staff. Especially the guys on the door. Super helpful. The only downside was the bed felt damp during the night as if the air con wasn't removing the moisture. The control only allowed adjustment of the temperature. Other than that I loved it"
