"The property is located in a nice locality that is the only highlight. Our bags arrived only after a follow up. The rooms are dated and we had to call the maintenance twice. The restaurants appeared to be staffed well, but lacked attention to the diners. Had to literally wave down for service. There was other issues related with inexperience or lack of attention at the front desk. "

"Very good property, but the surrounding area outside the hotel is not kept well and it makes it look like a property in a bad locality. The restaurants are good, especially the morning buffet, but I would request the breakfast chef to shake up the breakfast menu a bit, considering it is a 5 star property. There is hardly any non veg, all three days I stayed there, they had chicken sausage and poached fish and nothing more that would fulfill a non vegetarian. Ofcourse there was eggs to order on...

"This is such a wonderful garden oasis in a great location in Bangalore. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and you're walking distance to a number of restaurants and malls and Cubbon park. Loved it here!"
