"Wifi - did not work or slow Wifi - the password changes daily so you have to go and get a new one from reception every 24 hours(no one had explained this to us so we did not know why the wifi had stopped working). Wifi - use either phone or laptop NOT both.If you try you are kicked off. We we were placed in a room around the back from the main hotel. We had asked for a high room on the upper floors and were on the ground floor. No tea/coffee in the room. Overpriced."

"The room itself was very utilitarian - functional but not even any pictures on the institutional colored walls. Like many places we experienced in Thailand, the bed and pillows were very hard. The air conditioning was good and the shower was great. It was nice to have a little terrace, but no room to sit outside.
