"Great Location, Great View, Great Rooms. My only small complaint was not being able to get in for breakfast on the 38th floor restaurant - and we didn't have time to wait. The concierge was very unhelpful but we found the restaurant on the grand floor (JP Teres) and the breakfast and service was excellent. It doesn't have the view but it was better than the 38th.
