"Hotel is in a quiet wooded area that is beautiful. Room was very large with kitchen area and large bathroom. They also have a balcony which was not advertised in their description. Very friendly staff. Great hotel. I would stay there again. "

"Very nice place to stay, comfortable, clean, well situated, parking available. The hosts are very accommodating, friendly. This property is very nice decorated and has everything you need, independent and quiet for a nice nigh rest. The location of this property allows to visit different places, south of Germany, borders with France and Luxembourg. On our next visit we look forward to be able to stay here again. "The hosts were very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was clean, the beds comfortable and we enjoyed the whirlpool bath tub as well as the luxurious showers. The yard was fenced in and large which was perfect for our dog. Our only recommendation would be to add some cooking/baking ware and cooking utensils. Other than that it was a perfect stay and we would definitely recommend it. Thanks again"

"Zwembad sinds corona niet toegankelijk. Lattenbodem bed op # plaatsen los met gevolg dat we matras op grond gelegd hebben. Wel alles netjes gepoetst."

Personne à notre arrivée. 2h plus tard nous réussissons à joindre le propriétaire en Asie via Whatsapp. Nous récupérons le code de la boîte à clef. Heureusement qu’à 20h un 15 août, le pizzaiolo était ouvert car vu l’état de la vaisselle nous n’aurions pas pu dîner. Le logement n’est absolument pas entretenu ! Liste non exhaustive : - vaisselle en nombre insuffisant - instruments de cuisine gras au possible - rideau de douche jaune...

"We loved staying on the big orange barge! It was cute and fun and peaceful. Very small, but well furnished. We even managed to cook dinner for 4 in the tiny kitchen, and we crowded into the wheelhouse to eat. We did not invite the guests to stay overnight though, that would have been too much! Gilles was very nice, communicative, flexible and responsive. I highly recommend staying here (if you're no taller than 5'10"!) for a unique stay near the center of Metz. "Points très positifs: - réception ouverte 24/7 - parking aisé - confort de la literie - chambre relativement spacieuse - prix attractif Points négatifs: - énormément de poussière sur le mur au-dessus de la tête de lit (un oubli?) - paroi de douche pas assez longue/receveur de douche pas suffisamment profond - par conséquent toute l'eau coule sur le sol de la salle de bain - les vendredis et samedis soirs, le restaurant situé à côté de l'hôtel met de la musique jusqu'à 23h00 voire 23h30 - musique et vibrations qui s'entendent depuis les chambres. Ce n'est pas grave en cas d'arrivée tardive, mais cela peut être gênant pour les personnes qui veulent se coucher plus tôt. Cependant, dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel."

A bit of a mess!

"This was a good location on the edge of downtown ! It was under renovation we got one of the news rooms unfortunately surrounded by rooms being renovated and it was dusty. Our TV wouldn’t work and after repeated tries we had to give up. We had No phone so had to keep going down to the front desk. We also had no fridge even though there was a place for it. Breakfast and parking were great! The bed had only a flat sheet on it that kept moving and the mattress pad crinkled! No shampoo either!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clearly renovated recently. I was with a baby and the layout was great- entry hall with WC and a door to the room, so i was ablw to meave the srroller and shoes there, shower/sink area also had a door. Furniture was simple... i felt comfortable letting my little one crawl around and pull herself up. There was one spot that housekeeping missed (under the luggage rack) so i used my suitcase to block it. Only cons were: Steps at both entrances. Staff helped with the stroller, but a ramp could easily be added to the back entrance. The parking garage. Location was great and i know the hotel doesn't control it, but it needs some care. "
