Staff are friendly and very helpful especially the concierges, they gave us a lot of information about shows and stuff to do around Las Vegas.
The hotel is nice and clean, the room is spacious, bed and pillows are very comfortable.
I would definitely come back to this hotel.

For the price I just cannot accept that you don’t get an in room coffee machine. They offer free coffee in lobby up to 10:30am, but I hate having to trek down first thing in the morning. Hat to also call to get shower gel as there were no extras in the room. Check in took 15 mins. Room was ok for the price. Service was good.

The property itself was fine. We had three rooms for our family and stayed in the Crockfords Tower. Our kiddos were with us (5 and 10) and I felt comfortable with them venturing around the property with the nanny.
My dissatisfaction comes primarily from after checking out. My mom left some clothes in a drawer and a large sum of money in the safe and called immediately upon our arrival at home. She submitted the report for the lost items, only to be told "we didn't find them." Honestly, that's enough to ensure we will never stay there again. The clothes were there, the money was there. I thought the days of having your stuff stolen in a hotel room were gone, but I guess not.

For one night, this hotel was fine, but please note that the property is very old, not updated and not particularly well maintained. The hot tub in my room looked dirty, especially the bath mat. When I walked into my first floor, ground level room, the window was wide open and anyone could have hopped into it. The desk attendant in the evening was rude. The desk attendant in the morning was nicer, she at least let me store my bags after I checked out because I was going to a funeral. You get what you pay for.

"The owners were very nice and helpful, they helped us with any questions. It was close to the town centre and the beach, and the city was beautiful. There was a terrace with a sea view where we had an excellent breakfast. The beach nearby was brilliant."

"Mon séjour de deux nuits à Baracoa s'est déroulé dans une casa particular tenue par un jeune couple très sympathique. Leur habitation est très bien entretenue. Il faut les soutenir car leur rôle d'hôtes les rend très anxieux. Le paiement de ma réservation via Hôtels.com semble avoir posé ..."
