"Great Hotel in a great location, friendly welcome and greeting from the staff on duty at the time of check-in. Lovely clean room on arrival, big bed but soft pillows, i believe you can request firm pillows during the booking process. Would highly recommend and definitely return again. "

All our rooms were perfect. Comfy bed and pillows. Pristine bathroom including toiletries. Everything was new. This hotel has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and we will be back soon. "
